報告題目：考慮能源消耗的系統維修策略研究

報告摘要：

In practice, systems of high-voltage power cables consume more and more energy when it ages. Thus, it may be advisable to replace the system when the unit time energy consumption cost is too much. In addition, cables system usually has an increasing failure rate. Thus, it is essential to determine an optimal preventive replacement interval in order to prevent the system from unexpected failure. Considering both system energy consumption and system failure, this paper proposes a maintenance policy which replaces the system if the system age reaches a certain value or the energy consumption cost per unit time reaches a threshold given that the time to the next age replacement is still bigger than a time threshold. Different renewal scenarios are discussed, based on which the expected per time cost is formulated. Numerical examples are proposed and hybrid bee colony algorithm is employed to illustrate the solving of the optimal maintenance policy to minimize the expected per time cost.

報告人簡介：

彭銳，博士，北京工業大學經濟與管理學院校聘教授，博士生導師。2007年7月畢業于中國科學技術大學少年班，獲學士學位；2011年10月畢業于新加坡國立大學，獲得博士學位。2012年1月進入北京科技大學，東凌經濟管理學院，2014年7月破格晉升為副教授, 2018年11月加入北京工業大學經濟與管理學院, 2020年1月評上博士生導師。主要研究領域為系統風險評價與優化。已發表87篇SCI期刊論文，4本專著，主持或參與8項國家自然科學基金或國家重點研發計劃，并主持北京市科技新星項目。Reliability Engineering & System Safety的編委, IEEE senior member,中國優選法統籌法與經濟數學研究會工業工程分會常務理事,中國運籌學會可靠性分會理事,中國指揮與控制學會安全防護與應急管理專委會委員。2018，2019連續兩年入選Elsevier中國高被引學者。
