Feyza A?larg?z, Ph.D. is working as Assistant Professor of Marketing at Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Anadolu University, Turkey. Between 2014 – 2015, she was a guest post-doc researcher at Lund University School of Management and Economics, Sweden working on collaborative consumption in the Marketing Department. Her research interests are arts marketing, consumer culture, social marketing,and sustainable consumption.
講座內(nèi)容簡介To create value for customers and build meaningful relationships with them, marketers must first gain fresh, deep insights into what customers need and want. Such customer insights come from good marketing information. Companies use these customer insights to develop a competitive advantage. In this course, we will discuss marketing information system and marketing research with examples.
