報告摘要: Knowledge Intensive Business Service (KIBS) refers to an economic activity which creates, accumulates and disseminates knowledge. KIBS is the key to the National Innovation System and its functions consist of disseminating internal knowledge, enhancing innovation efficiency, and thereby leading to further business development in the technology industry. Innovative capability is the cornerstone of KIBS and helps businesses perform and gain competitive advantages. Therefore, how to effectively enhance the SIC of KIBS? What are the determinants of SIC? It is the most important issue in the era of knowledge-based service economy, and answers to such questions are critical to the practitioners and government, as well as researchers in the field of service science. In order to provide KIBS firm to concentrate resources to invest in determinants for improving their SIC, the goals of the paper to apply the Fuzzy Decision Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory (FDMTEL), to explore the causal-effect relationship and effect of the antecedents of KIBS innovation capability, and ultimately to identify the determinants of KIBS innovation capability.

報告人簡介:Dr. Ching-Torng Lin is a full professor in Department of Information Management at Da-Yeh University, Chang-Hua, TAIWAN. Prior to that he was the manager of Industrial Engineering Dept., Aerospace Industrial Development Corporation; specialist of new product development project management of Aerospace Systems Development Division, Chung-Shan Institute of Science & Technology, TAIWAN. He received his Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering and Engineering Management from National Tsin-Hua University, TAIWAN in 1998. His research interests include product innovation management, supply chain management, technology management, project management, decision support systems, systems analysis and design and human factor engineering. His articles have been published in Reliability Engineering and System Safety, International Journal of Industrial Ergonomics, IEEE Transactions on Engineering Management, Smart Engineering System Design, International Journal of Project Management, International Journal of Production Economics, IEEE Transactions on SMC, Part A,  International Journal of Computer Integrated Manufacturing, Online Information Review, Expert Systems with Applications, Information Science, Group Decision and Negotiation, Technological Forecasting & Social Change, Journal of Ambient Intelligence and Humanized Computing, Sustainability, Journal of Economics and Management. His paper has been cited more than 1650 by SSCI or SCI journal paper.
