Reflections on handling response to reviewers’ comments in English journal publications

Abstract

By reflecting on his publication and review experience with over a dozen international SCI/SSCI journals, the speaker will share with the audience about his thoughts on how to handle the journal article submission and revision process. It is a critical stage to properly respond to the reviewers’ comments and the speaker will draw upon his personal experience to show how appropriate response may enhance publication success and poor response may lead to rejection.

李武(Kevin W. Li) 教授簡(jiǎn)介

李武(Kevin W. Li)博士,加拿大溫莎大學(xué)Odette商學(xué)院管理科學(xué)教授。1991年獲廈門大學(xué)控制科學(xué)理學(xué)學(xué)士學(xué)位，1994年獲廈門大學(xué)系統(tǒng)工程工學(xué)碩士學(xué)位，2003年獲加拿大滑鐵盧大學(xué)系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)工程工學(xué)博士學(xué)位。2011年6月-12月和2015年5月-7月由日本學(xué)術(shù)振興會(huì)（JSPS）外籍聘用研究員項(xiàng)目(Invitation Fellowship)資助到東京工業(yè)大學(xué)價(jià)值與決策科學(xué)系進(jìn)行訪問(wèn)研究。主要研究方向包括供應(yīng)鏈管理、決策理論與方法以及沖突分析等。李武教授的研究獲得三項(xiàng)加拿大自然科學(xué)與工程研究基金會(huì)發(fā)現(xiàn)基金項(xiàng)目的支持，同時(shí)也多次得到國(guó)家教育部春暉計(jì)劃短期項(xiàng)目支持。自2001年以來(lái)，在國(guó)際期刊如European Journal of Operational Research, IEEE Transactions on Fuzzy Systems, IEEE Transactions on Systems, Man, and Cybernetics: Part A, International Journal of Production Economics, International Journal of Production Research, Transportation Research: Part E, Water Resources Research等發(fā)表48篇學(xué)術(shù)論文，李武教授的研究工作得到國(guó)內(nèi)外同行的廣泛引用(SCI/SSCI累計(jì)引用1114次，h指數(shù)19；Google Scholar累計(jì)引用2101次，h指數(shù)25)，在相關(guān)領(lǐng)域產(chǎn)生了一定影響，現(xiàn)任SSCI期刊《Group Decision and Negotiation》及多個(gè)國(guó)際期刊的Associate Editor或編委。
